    Default Maximus ~Full speed tuna!!

We'll we were in a need of a good report to start off the season. Last trip was slow compared to past trips. We were greeted with no signs of tuna or bait. Though Congrats to Eric with his personal best a 218 lbr.

On the tail end of a tropical storm our group had the opportunity to have an earlier departure and allow not just to fish on the way out, but to give us the opportunity to catch the candy that was one of the factors of making this happen for our group. This trip once again we were greeted with the similar conditions as our last one. Blue water little signs of bait and no tuna blowing up on bait balls. A few mini adjustments to the sweeper and up and down we were able to find all the tuna we needed.

60 to low 200's were eating the cabbies and squid on the long soak.

We used all the tricks in the hat that kept all us busy throwing big tuna in box. One tuna after another came up spitting balls of red crab and small to big squid on the deck.

After a lot of big high 5's our anglers were super stoked. Almost all of them had their personal bests on the big tuna.

We have a few available charters that need a couple of anglers and prime dates for this season.

Give Nicole a call and she will be happy to get you onboard 805-479-7685

    Until the next trip......
