I have put in over 100 intensely focused hours of flats fishing this October; and my dry corneas may
need to be replaced, as I haven't blinked in 3 weeks. I don't know what happened to the Bonefish here;
but they are not around. I have tried all my hot spots, the 3BONEfish a day areas...nothing. The
weather has been within the bonefishing parameters, with a few days off here and there; but I am not
seeing them. I have tried everything for an advantage, as you can see in the pic. http://www.threebone.com/images/Advantage_Bone.jpg
The better I get at the sport, the less bonefish I am seeing. Doesn't make sense...just the situation. I
was concerned about the bonefish last year and now it seems to be a serious issue in 2012 (I'll have to
check the Mayan calendar), because it should be peak Fall season; or maybe I just have come across
the peak of the bonefish population fall this season. Maybe I am the only one that can't seem to find
bonefish this year. I am not a professional; so my information may be incomplete or inaccurate in some views. I just don't know where to get flats information; so I publish mine.
It is going to blow 20 - 30 for the next few days; so I will become a tourist for a few days.
