Default Fishing Trip....errr....Honeymoon to Grand Cayman in August - Inshore and Offshore

All -

Getting married in a few weeks and headed to Cayman Islands afterwards for the obligatory post-wedding tropical fishing trip (wife to be insists on calling it "honeymoon" for some reason). We'll be staying on Grand Cayman, and don't have any plans to travel to other islands.

I'm not sure what to expect, as I've never been there before, but in a perfect world, I'd do one bones/permit/tarpon charter and one tuna/dolphin/billfish charter. Not much interest in bottom fishing, but suppose I wouldn't mind hauling in a monster grouper or two.

Anyone have any input on what to expect? Curious to know what species and where, rough cost on charters, any recommendations on charters, etc.

Bonus question - any ideas on surfing? Haven't been able to find much info on the net about surfing Grand Cayman.

Thanks in advance for any info.

Congrats Man.

Hope you have a great err....Honeymoon.

Only been there once. Was much more interested in diving than fishing. Did the catamaran sail boat Stingray trip with the family. That's a MUST while you are there.
